Terms of service

• 1.1. These terms are an agreement between you and the NX80 service (nx80.com; "we", "NX80"). They govern the use of the nx80.com website and the NX80 service. You can reach us at support@nx80.com.
• 1.2. You accept the terms when you tick the box at sign-up. From that moment the agreement is concluded. The "Risks of cryptocurrency trading" (nx80.com/risks) apply together with the terms — read them before you rely on the service. How we handle your data is described in the "Privacy policy" (nx80.com/privacy).
• 1.3. If you do not agree with the terms, do not sign up and do not use the service.

• 2.1. NX80 is software for working with trading strategies on the cryptocurrency market. You describe a strategy in words, the service turns it into precise rules, tests them on historical data with costs taken into account and shows the result. Later it will add "shadow" testing — on live data, without money — and executing the rules on your exchange account. Currently supported: the Binance exchange, spot, pairs against USDT.
• 2.2. What is available now is the account and the dashboard. Other features arrive step by step; what your plan includes is shown in the dashboard.
• 2.3. What NX80 is not:
  • we do not give investment, financial, tax or legal advice and do not recommend what to buy or when;
  • we do not manage your money and do not make decisions for you: you write and confirm the strategy;
  • we are not a broker or an exchange: we do not enter into trades on your behalf as an intermediary and are not a party to your trades;
  • we do not hold your funds and have no access to them. Trading happens on your exchange account, through a key that you create and can revoke.
• 2.4. We do not promise profit. A result of testing on history is a calculation, not a promise of future results.

• 3.1. You are at least 18 years old and may enter into contracts under the law of your country.
• 3.2. You are not located, resident or registered in a country or territory under comprehensive international sanctions (as of 10 October 2026: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Crimea and the parts of the Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions not controlled by Ukraine), and you are not on international sanctions lists. The service is not intended for such persons; we may close access if we learn of it.
• 3.3. You use the service for yourself. Managing other people's money through NX80 or selling access to it to third parties is allowed only with our written consent.
• 3.4. You are responsible for making sure that trading cryptocurrency and using the service are lawful in your country.

• 4.1. One person — one account. The account is tied to your e-mail; you log in with a code from a letter or with a password, if you have set one.
• 4.2. Access to your mailbox is access to your account. Protect your mailbox and password, and never share codes from our letters with anyone, including people who say they work for NX80: we never ask for them.
• 4.3. If you notice a login that was not yours, press "Log out on other devices" in the dashboard and write to support@nx80.com.
• 4.4. You can delete your account in the dashboard at any time. What is deleted and what remains is described in the Privacy policy.

• 5.1. Your words are turned into rules by artificial intelligence. It may misunderstand you. Before testing, and even more so before trading, read the rules and confirm them — confirmed rules count as yours.
• 5.2. The strategies you write belong to you. You give us the right to store and process them only so that the service works for you. We may use anonymous statistics across all users (for example, how many strategies were tested) to improve the service. We will publish your strategies or train models on them only with your separate consent.
• 5.3. Ready-made strategies and examples from NX80 illustrate how the service works; they are not recommendations.

This section takes effect when trading on an exchange appears in the service.

• 6.1. To trade, you create an API key on the exchange with trading permission only — without the right to withdraw funds — and enter it in NX80. The service does not accept keys with withdrawal permission.
• 6.2. You are responsible for your exchange account and the exchange's rules. You can stop a strategy in NX80 or delete the key on the exchange at any time — this stops trading.
• 6.3. Before you connect a key for the first time, we will ask you to confirm separately that you understand the risks of trading by rules.
• 6.4. We may stop execution if we see a failure, a data error, a threat to the key's security or a breach of these terms. Stopping may lead to a loss or a missed profit — this is a risk you accept.

Detailed payment and refund rules will be published when paid plans launch; until then there are no paid plans.

• 7.1. Plans: Free, Trader and Pro. Prices are in USDT, on the pricing page. A period is 30 days (month) or 365 days (year) from payment.
• 7.2. There is no automatic renewal: we cannot and will not take money without your action. We will remind you by e-mail when your period ends.
• 7.3. You pay by sending USDT to your personal payment address in a supported network. A transfer of another coin or in another network is not credited automatically; we will try to help through support but do not guarantee the return of such funds.
• 7.4. Money above an invoice becomes an advance — prepayment for future periods. The advance is not a wallet or a deposit: it earns no interest and cannot be withdrawn for other purposes, except as a refund under section 8.
• 7.5. You can upgrade a plan immediately — the remaining time is recalculated at the daily price. You can downgrade from the end of the paid period.
• 7.6. Prices may change; periods already paid and open invoices are not affected. The price on the pricing page is final: we add nothing on top.
• 7.7. You receive a receipt for every payment.

• 8.1. Within 14 days of payment you may withdraw from a plan by writing to support@nx80.com. We will refund the unused part of the payment in proportion to the remaining days.
• 8.2. The advance is refunded on request to support at any time, including before you delete your account.
• 8.3. Refunds are made in USDT to an address you name, in the same network, within 14 days of the request, minus the network fee for the transfer. We may ask you to confirm that the address is yours and check it against sanctions lists.
• 8.4. If we close the service or your plan through no fault of yours, we refund the unused part and the advance.

• break the law, including evading sanctions, laundering money or manipulating the market;
• try to access other people's accounts or NX80's servers and data, or bypass limits and protection;
• collect the service's data with programs bypassing the interface, or overload the service with requests;
• copy the service or take its code apart, unless the law allows it;
• impersonate others, or mislead other people by presenting NX80 results as a promise of income.

• 10.1. The software, website, design, the NX80 brand, the data and methods of the service belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms.
• 10.2. We may use your feedback and suggestions without payment and without obligations.

• 11.1. The service is provided "as is". We try to keep it running without interruptions and errors but do not guarantee this: the service depends on the exchange, networks, hosting and data sources.
• 11.2. We develop the service: we may add, change and remove features, including on the free plan. A substantial reduction of a paid plan during a paid period gives you the right to a refund of the unused part.

• 12.1. You make the trading decisions. We are not liable for losses from trades, market movements, actions and failures of the exchange, networks and other third parties, nor for lost profit and indirect losses.
• 12.2. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event, but not less than 50 USDT.
• 12.3. These limits do not apply to harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, nor to rights that the law of your country does not allow to be limited.
• 12.4. You compensate us for losses caused by your breach of these terms or of the law.

• 13.1. You may end the agreement at any time by deleting your account.
• 13.2. We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, when required by law or sanctions, or when security is threatened. If the breach can be fixed, we will warn you by e-mail first. Money for the unused period and the advance are refunded under section 8, where the law allows.

• 14.1. We may change the terms. We will e-mail you about substantial changes at least 30 days in advance and ask you to accept the new version when you log in. Changes required by law or security may take effect sooner.
• 14.2. If you do not agree with a new version, delete your account before it takes effect; we will refund the unused period.
• 14.3. All previous versions are available on this page.

• 15.1. We first try to settle any dispute in writing: write to support@nx80.com, we will answer within 30 days and try to reach an agreement.
• 15.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is decided under the law and by the court that apply under the rules on the choice of law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and the right to go to the court where you live.

• 16.1. We write to you at your account e-mail; you write to us at support@nx80.com. A letter counts as received on the day it is sent.
• 16.2. The terms are published in several languages. The main version is the Russian one; if a translation differs from it, the Russian version applies, and anything unclear is interpreted in your favour.
• 16.3. If any clause turns out to be invalid, the rest remain in force.
• 16.4. These terms, together with the Risks of cryptocurrency trading and the Privacy policy, are our entire agreement about the service.
